Regional Sales Manager – Mumbai (Biometrics)

Our Client, the world’s leading designer and developer of face, body and object recognition platforms, is seeking a driven Sales Manager who sold Biometrics solutions to FSI, based in Mumbai. The responsibility is for India, but most of the business should be in the Mumbai area.

Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities with customers and partners, increase revenue and ensure coordination with APAC’s leadership.

Establish and manage partnerships in India, from locating and approving partners to building a work plan / sales pipeline and delivering business development and sales targets.

Manage sales and relationships with end-users, consultants and integrators, and travel within the territory as needed.

Establish and manage new leads, create sales opportunities and nurture them all the way to deal closing.

Lead demos and pilots including integration with other systems.

Work with partners/end customers to capture requirements, respond to RFI/RFQ, prepare quotes and write proposals.

Requirements

Extensive Sales experience of Biometrics / Authentication solutions

Experience in selling to the Financial sector

You have proven experience with establishing local partners, local integrators and their accreditation.

You have a strong network of end users and consultants from ICT and Security domain.

You previously worked with integrative projects and services which combine software/hardware/ communications/sensors.

You have proven experience with software licenses, SLA, support & maintenance contracts.

You have strong presentation, sales, negotiation and influencing skills.

You have the  ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high energy, demanding and team-oriented environment.
