South China Sales Manager – Shenzhen (Motion Control)

Our Client, a global leading provider of cutting edge Motion Controls solutions, is seeking a hands on Sales Manager, to drive sales and lead the team in the Shenzhen office (1 Sales person, 1 Admin).

The Company provides innovative and tailored made solutions to specific customers’ needs across industries.

Since 1988, the It designs and manufactures ultra-advanced servo drives and network motion controllers that are small, smart and simple solutions for any need. Focusing on performance, reliability, safety and standards compliance, the products are integrated in a wide variety of applications – from industrial to extreme environment automation.

Responsibilities
  • Accountable for sales growth in the territory
  • Combine meeting personal sales targets with team leadership (Player – Coach model)
  • Responsible for preparing and executing the territory work plan
  • Accountable for setting goals and targets for the Team and working with them to achieve these goals
  • Actively manage the connection between the branch and the China HQ
  • Fully accountable for team – developing, motivating and counselling

Requirements 

  • Relevant experience as a leader of a small team – advantage
  • Extensive experience in Sales and Account Management
  • Strong experience in selling Motion/ Motors
  • Relevant background in Mechatronics / Electricity / Software / Quality / environmental condition disciplines
  • Excellent communication and Negotiation skills
  • Bsc degree
