Our Client, a leading global vendor of Cyber Security solutions, is seeking a Regional Sales Manager for the Public Sector in Singapore. This is an excellent opportunity for a mature sales professional, with relevant experience and connections in the specific target market.

This is a home office position, reporting to the Regional Sales Director, based in Singapore. It is relevant only for Singapore citizens or Permanent Residents.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect and qualify existing and/or potential customers, within the Public sector in Singapore
  • Identify and close deals
  • Work in partnership with Systems Engineers and Corporate to educate the customer/prospect customer and demonstrate the Company’s capabilities
  • Drive opportunities at the strategic and tactical level
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with client decision makers, including maintaining a sales strategy based on customer’s requirements
  • Stay informed regarding customer business opportunities, current conditions, prospects, and competitive issues.
  • Understand and manage all phases of the sales cycle
  • Accurately forecasts all territory business utilizing Salesforce.com

Requirements

  • Dynamic sales professional with successful experience in direct and channel sales, high-level, executive selling of long-cycle products
  • Understand how the Singapore government operates, have good connections with government ministries as well as channels working with the government
  • Experience selling enterprise level solutions, preferably in the security and compliance markets.
  • Experience in Change Management systems is a plus
  • Demonstrated ability to exceed quarterly quota
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Experience with Salesforce
