The company is seeking an experienced Software Delivery Project Manager, to lead challenging agile software projects as a central planner and coordinator through all phases with different departments and external contact partners.

The position is based in Hamburg and requires to be 3 days a week in the office.

 

Responsibilities

  • Lead an Agile team
  • Accountable for practicing agile values, methods, principles and practices for the delivery of projects
  • Define project scope and schedule while focusing on regular and timely delivery of value
  • Interact with company clients and understanding their requirements
  •  Continuously monitoring the daily progress of projects and their quality – from initiation to take-over to ongoing operations

Requirements

  • Solid experience in Project Management
  • Understanding software development life cycle models
  • Project Management Professional PMI PMP/ PMI ACP /PRINCE II certification is a plus
  • Experience in agile practices using Scrum/Kanban/ Safe is a plus
  • Insights into financing/trade finance processes would be an advantage
  • Fluent in English and German
  • Willingness to travel (ca 10%)
  • A can-do attitude, result driven and openness to learning
  • Team player with excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
