With a global network of seven development and support centers in the US, Argentina, Chile, the UK, Germany, Israel and Singapore, our Client serves a prestigious customer base in over eighty countries across five continents.

The company is seeking a new Head for the global team of Solution Consultants, reporting to the VP of Sales & Marketing.

The main objective of the role is to build and lead the company global presale activities. Currently, pre-sale role is done by product experts, who carry also other responsibilities. The new manager will establish a global team and implement working methodologies and best practices.

In addition, the chosen candidate will own and drive the technical aspects of the sales cycle, supporting the global commercial (Sales and Account Management) teams.

The ideal candidate should be a hands-on Fintec Professional and a Pre-Sales specialist, who can articulate what a world-class pre-sales organization looks like and how he would build one within the company. The chosen candidate should be able to coach the customer facing teams in presenting the solutions and technology to customers and prospects. This includes functional/ technical architecture, market trends, company’ information and other relevant data.    

 

Responsibilities

  • Build and manage a global team of solution consultants
  • Implement best practices and advanced presentation capabilities
  • Manage the technical aspect of the commercial process by engaging with subject matter experts, technology leaders and any other resource within the company
  • Establish relationship with the primary decision makers to facilitate progress in sales opportunities
  • Present the company’s solutions and technology to customers, prospects (systems users, IT, business and C-level) and partners
  • Work closely with customers and prospects in discovery sessions and ongoing follow-up discussions to ensure customer requirements are captured in clear and unambiguous manner
  • Lead the creation of new sales support material (e.g. collaterals, demos)
  • Represent the company in industry events, working groups, workshops and any other external activity as needed

  

Requirements

  • Extensive experience of Solution Consultant in the FinTech industry, preferably selling to banks or MNC
  • Master pre-sales best practices
  • Trade Finance expertise – advantage
  • Working for software and/or cloud-based solutions company
  • Successful track record of making the difference – a deal maker
  • Experience in presenting and engaging with to C-Level / executives
  • A degree in technology advantage
  • English – fluent (written and spoken). Another language – advantage
  • International business experience – a must
  • Flexibility and willingness to travel
  • Ability to work in a team mode in a matrix organization
  • Socially and culturally adept
  • Ability to become customers’ trusted advisor
  • Ability to work from remote
