As the Regional Sales Manager, you will be driving the sales of the products and the solution to Service Providers and Critical Industry vertical in defined accounts in India, Southeast Asia and GCC (except UAE and Bahrain). This is a key sales role for a sales manager selling network access solutions.

 

Responsibilities

  • Selling (direct & indirect) the products and solution in the defined territory.
  • Development of Partnerships especially with System Integrators leading tenders in this region.
  • Territory & account plan growth is to be developed within clearly defined milestones and priorities to build new sales growth and pipeline opportunities.
  • Matrix management of all internal resources to achieve goals.
  • Multi-level solution selling to executives and technical decision makers leveraging your understanding of Carrier Ethernet networking access technology, Operational WAN, IIOT and 5G technologies.
  • Prioritize activities to grow and close the opportunity pipeline in your territory for network access solutions.
  • Forecasting, account management, and overall territory management.

 

Requirements

  • Strong industry background
  • Extensive experience in selling networking solutions to Service Providers/Telco’s (hardware, software, or services) in the region. SP/Telco use-cases: xG Mobile Backhaul, Wholesale, Business, Cloud Services. Critical Infrastructure: Operational WAN, Smart Metering solution, sub-station Networking etc
  • Relationships with Service Providers and Critical Infrastructure in defined territory is required and preferred.
  • Knowledge of IP, Carrier Ethernet, IIOT
  • A self-starter with excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to effectively present to both technical and executive audiences.
  • Ability to travel within India and outside India
  • Education Engineering and Business Management degree – preferred
