Area Sales Manager – France (PRO AV)

Our client is a global leading provider of PRO AV technologies. We are seeking a new Area Manager in France, to drive the business within a defined territory. The team in France consists of 10 employees in various functions (sales, pre sales, customer support…).

Responsibilities

  • Achieve sales revenue in line with the objectives set for the sales area
  • Build and maintain business relationships:
    • Establish and maintain strong business relationships with all key/potential customers in the area and internal stakeholders
    • Work closely with the technical department to ensure a high level of service for the existing customers
  • Proactive Selling:
    • Identify and build relationships with customers and partners
    • Engage in “direct-touch” sales
  • Deal closing:
    • Operational contract and offer management
    • Contract negotiations and conclusions.

 

Requirements

  • Relevant experience in the AV market
  • Strong sales and account management background
  • Understanding the eco system (Customers, System Integrators, Consultants)
  • Driven, energetic, sense of commitment, ambitious nature
  • Results oriented with a proven ability to deliver against stretch targets
  • Articulate verbally and in writing
  • CRM experience
  • In depth sales and business acumen and knowledge of the region and specific area
