Our client is a global leading provider of motion control intelligence solution. The Company designs and manufactures ultra-advanced servo drives and network motion controllers that are small, smart and simple cutting-edge solutions for any need. Focusing on performance, reliability, safety and standards compliance, these products are integrated in a wide variety of applications from industrial to extreme environment automation.

The company is seeking a Sales Director for US, to lead a team of 14 Sales Engineers and Applications Engineers (including 2 team leads). This is a home based position, reporting to the global GM of Sales and Marketing (based in Europe).



  • Accountable for the territory’s growth objectives
  • Establishing the regional business plan
  • Setting goals for the Sales Team and working with them to achieve these goals
  • Visiting customers with the Sales Engineers and develop C-level relations with top key accounts
  • Actively manage the connection between the branch and HQ
  • Develop strong hunting mentality, motivate and coach the team
  • Develop the team’s professional skills and knowledge
  • Managing and implement the HIP Plan according the HQ Guidelines
  • Work with Marketing HQ to manage the regional marketing plan
  • Create a reliable annual forecast and monitor it
  • Create an annual operating budget and work accordingly
  • Keeping the sales team updated with all relevant marketing and sales tools, with new products and solutions, case studies and new applications
  • CRM way of life – as a standard working tool used daily and up to date



  • Relevant experience in a similar role
  • Strong managerial skills, ability to lead a scattered team
  • Experience in Sales and managing accounts in B2B environment
  • Experience in selling to OEMs
  • Experience in selling Motion Controls / Motors
  • Background in Mechatronics / Electricity / Software / Quality / environmental condition disciplines
  • Experience in international environment
