Our client is an innovative start-up, a premier provider of ad security and quality solutions for the online and mobile advertising ecosystem. The solutions guard against non-compliance, malware, inappropriate content, data leakage, operational, and performance issues. Leading publishers, ad platforms, exchanges and networks rely on this technology to ‎monitor and protect their ad inventory.

The company is seeking an experienced customer facing executive, to manage and upgrade the Account Management, Customer Success and Pre-Sales functions. This is a management member role, reporting to the company CEO.

 

Responsibilities

  • Build an aligned customer facing unit, based on the customer success and pre sales teams
  • Expand the revenue generated from existing customers
  • Implement customer facing best practices and strong culture of proactiveness
  • Coach the teams in identification of customer needs and proactively tailor a solution
  • Enhance the internal alignment between the customer facing team and the other parts of the company

 

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in Customer Success / Account Management roles
  • Experience in managing a multi-functional team
  • SaaS experience – a must
  • Experience in driving renewals and upsells with existing customers
  • Strong background of setting SLAs and implementation of customer Success / Pre-Sales best practices
  • Cyber Security background – advantage
  • Ad Tech experience – advantage
  • Enthusiastic about working in a start-up environment
