The Company designs and manufactures ultra-advanced servo drives and network motion controllers that are small, smart and simple cutting-edge solutions for any need. Focusing on performance, reliability, safety and standards compliance, these products are integrated in a wide variety of applications from industrial to extreme environment automation.

The company is seeking an experienced Motion Control expert, with strong software background, who has customer facing experience with OEM clients, across industries.

This is a home office position, reporting to the regional sales manager in Singapore.



  • Leading the Motion Control applications by design and implementation (make it work) of multi axis machine’s motion control, based on the company’s technology
  • Deep involvement in the presale stage by contributing to the preliminary machine solution design and by selecting the right/ the best solution topology and components for customers’ machines
  • Manage and execute the Designing and programming the solution
  • Leading and doing the project till satisfactory operation is achieved
  • Customers’ Machine control software development
  • Co-work & Training for Customer’s software engineers for adopting motion control system into customer’s machinery
  • Support Asia Pacific customers (Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, Indonesia, Australia)
  •  >50% travelling


  • Experiences in Machine Control – design and programming applications
  • Experience in executing advance and complex multi-axis machinery
  • Precise Machinery Software Program Development Experience
  • Experience with Visual Studio: C/C++, C#
  • Experience Linux Program Development: C/C++
  • Programming Skills
  • Socket Based Programming: TCP/IP, Ethernet IP, MODBUS, Etc….
  • Multi-Thread Programming
  • External Library Programming
  • Self-Driven Attitude
  • Team-work Player
  • At least a Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Electronics or Mechanical Engineering (or Relevant Engineering Department)
