The portfolio of products is used to cover all the major news, sports and entertainment events worldwide, including the US Presidential Election, the FIFA World Cup™, Winter and Summer Olympic Games, Super Bowl, US Collegiate Championships and red-carpet events.

We are seeking a passionate and driven Sales Manager, to join the growing regional team and to develop new business opportunities across DACH.

This is a home based position, reporting to the Regional EMEA Director, based in UK.

 

Responsibilities

  • Setting and execution of a business plan for the region
  • Achieving the sales objectives
  • Drive the expansion to new market segments
  • Assign, manage and work with distribution channels in the region
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase the business
  • Create demand through seminars and roadshows
  • Drive short term revenues and establish long-term strategic relationships with customers
  • Lead product demonstrations, bid preparation and contract negotiations
  • Work in coordination and collaboration with other departments for product support or technical expertise throughout the sales cycle

 

Requirements

  • Relevant experience selling Video solutions in the technology in the DACH region
  • Deep knowledge of the broadcast and/or online market
  • Experience with distributors and channel management
  • Demonstrated history of sales achievements, including growing sales and development of new business
  • Good technical understanding and ability to demonstrate complex solutions and discuss technical features in detail
  • Excellent verbal, written, communication, and presentation skills in English. Fluent German language skills – mandatory!
  • Independent, self-driven, creative, initiator, “can-do!” attitude.
  • Ability and willingness to travel extensively both domestically and internationally
