Our Client is a world-leading visual AI software company, designer and developer of face, body and object recognition platforms. With this cutting edge technology, the company is helping the top brands across the globe, including many of the Fortune 500, create safe, seamless experiences for people who are accessing their physical and virtual spaces.

We are seeking an experienced and driven person with Video Analytics background, to lead sales and relationships in Asia. The main role is to identify/develop new business opportunities with customers/partners, increase revenue, and ensure coordination with the VP Sales and corporate HQ .

The territory includes the ASEAN countries, Korea, Hong Kong and Taiwan.

This is a home office position, reporting to the GM APAC (based in Singapore).

Extensive travel within the territory may be required (around 50%).

 

Responsibilities

  • Accountable for achieving revenue targets through direct selling and through Partners
  •  Identify and nurture high-propensity customers across the region
  •  Develop and maintain customer relations
  • Work closely with the End Users and Partners to achieve renewal targets.
  • Manage a well-maintained sales pipeline and territory plan to reach your goals.

 

Requirements

  • Relevant Sales experience in the designated region
  • Consultative sales experience
  • A seasoned sales professional in Video Analytics, Video Management, Cloud, and security products
  • Background of Video Analytics and AI products
  • A Driven and highly trusted individual who maintains and expects high standards for self and team
  •  Able to work across the organization to achieve desired results
  • Curious, resilient, and passionate. You will bring a positive energy to the team and your territory
  •  Experience with new product introductions – advantage
  •  Experience in creating and fostering great customer relationships
  •  You feel comfortable in contract negotiations and deal forecasting
  • Advantage: Pre sales background in topics such as Application and video security, Cloud security, Networking, and Servers.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
