Customer Success Manager US

We are seeking a dynamic and people oriented person for the role of CSM, to help the team in customer engagement and support the development of long lasting relationships with the customers.
This is a home office position based in the Bay Area.
Responsibilities
- Manage tickets at CRM platform
- Guide the customers and support them through their journey
- Monitor network activity for abnormalities
- Consult / assist colleagues from other departments (e.g. sales, operation)
- Work together with other team members to improve customer Service procedures
Requirements
- Relevant experience in customer Success / Support
- Experience in IoT or telecommunications industries
- Excellent customer-facing and communication skills (verbal and written)
- Experience with Zendesk – advantage
- Experience with Kibana – advantage
- Creating/using API or scripts – advantage
- Experience using helpdesk software – advantage
- Experience in creating user guides or tutorial videos – advantage
