The solution enables App owners, security teams and operations teams to intelligently automate the management of complex security policies, improving overall Application security while reducing costs. This is a profitable company serving 1500+ clients in over 45 countries.

The company is seeking an experienced Sales Manager, to lead the the sales activities in Switzerland, work with assigned accounts (existing customers or prospects), develop large opportunities and close sales.

This is a home office position, reporting to the DACH Sales Director (based in Germany).

 

Responsibilities

  • Prospect and qualify existing and/or potential customers, within assigned territory
  • Identify and close deals with corporate customers through face-to-face meetings and through internet/phone selling
  • Responsible for securing new business, additional orders and maintenance renewal orders for all license and professional services revenue
  • Drive opportunities at the strategic and tactical level
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients’ decision makers
  • Stay informed of customer business opportunities, current conditions, future prospects, and competitive issues.
  • Regularly briefs management on status, prospects, and current needs of top customers
  • Work with Systems Engineers, an Inside Sales Manager and Channel Partners to successfully develop and service all customers or prospects within their respective geographic territory.
  • Accurately forecasts all territory business utilizing Salesforce.com

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Management, Marketing or related field
  • Dynamic sales professional with successful experience in direct and channel sales, high-level, executive selling of long-cycle products
  • Experience selling enterprise level solutions in the security and / or compliance markets.
  • Demonstrated ability to exceed quarterly quota
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and in English.
  • Experience with Salesforce
