Sales & Account Manager Europe (EV Technology)
Our Client is developing the next generation of high-performance e-powertrain systems that will change the electric vehicles market.
We are seeking an experienced sales & account manager with deep understanding of the EV market in Europe and strong technological background.
Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in Electric Vehicles market segments
- Develop and maintain relationships with key clients, dealers, and distributors
- Collaborate with finance, operations and technical teams, to understand product specifications and effectively communicate them to potential clients
- Achieve and exceed sales targets through strategic planning and proactive sales initiatives
- Provide pre-sales and post-sales support to clients, addressing inquiries and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities and market dynamics
Requirements
- Engineering background – must have
- Relevant experience in sales and account management, preferably in the automotive or electrification industry.
- Proven track record in successful B2B sales of complex multidisciplinary systems.
- Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and fostering client relationships.
- Familiarity with motors, Motor controllers in 2W/3W/4W industry.
- Understanding of 2W, 3W and 4W (e-LCV) markets in Europe
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Proactive, results-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility and ownership
- Self-motivated, hard-working, and able to work independently with a strong sales drive
- Fast learner, good interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Fluency in English
- Willingness to travel frequently
