Sales & Account Manager Europe (EV Technology)

Our Client is developing the next generation of high-performance e-powertrain systems that will change the electric vehicles market.

We are seeking an experienced sales & account manager with deep understanding of the EV market in Europe and strong technological background.

 

Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in Electric Vehicles market segments
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key clients, dealers, and distributors
  • Collaborate with finance, operations and technical teams, to understand product specifications and effectively communicate them to potential clients
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets through strategic planning and proactive sales initiatives
  • Provide pre-sales and post-sales support to clients, addressing inquiries and ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities and market dynamics

 

Requirements

  • Engineering background – must have
  • Relevant experience in sales and account management, preferably in the automotive or electrification industry.
  • Proven track record in successful B2B sales of complex multidisciplinary systems.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and fostering client relationships.
  • Familiarity with motors, Motor controllers in 2W/3W/4W industry.
  • Understanding of 2W, 3W and 4W (e-LCV) markets in Europe
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Proactive, results-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility and ownership
  • Self-motivated, hard-working, and able to work independently with a strong sales drive
  • Fast learner, good interpersonal, and presentation skills
  • Fluency in English
  • Willingness to travel frequently
