We’re looking for an outstanding Enterprise Account Manager, to increase market share and revenue among existing Enterprise customers. You’ll be crafting strategic business plans, building relationships and expanding the business.

This is a hybrid role (twice a week in the Manhattan office), reporting to the SVP of Customer Success.

 

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for commercial expansion and retention of your accounts (about 20-25)
  • Build strategic relationships with the world’s leading brands, from Fortune 500 to the new digital food players
  • Develop and execute long term strategic account plans and roadmaps
  • Act as the Primary contact point for existing Enterprise customers, take responsibility for leading ongoing communication building and maintaining strong relationships by establishing credibility with partners, solving problems and achieving business and operational objectives

 

Requirements

  • Experience in enterprise account management/customer success roles, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
  • Experience in a creative, fast-paced startup environment
  • Experience driving and building strategic roadmaps with internal and external executive stakeholders
  • Demonstrated success in exceeding customer expectations via responsiveness, providing insights, marketplace knowledge and resolving technical issues
  • Experience in Marketing Tech / Analytics companies – advantage
  • Familiarity with the Food & Beverage Industry – advantage
