Sales Manager US (3D Printers)
Our client is the market leader in large-scale 3D printing systems for a range of industries, including automotive, marine, rail, architecture, and entertainment. Leveraging its proprietary technology, the company’s solutions enable rapid and cost-effective production of large models, parts, and molds.
The company is seeking an experienced Print / Capital Equipment sales manager, to drive the sales activities in the US. The primary responsibility will be to identify and capture new business opportunities, establish strong relationships with potential clients, and drive the sales process from initial contact to closing deals.
This is a home-based position, reporting to the Head of Sales US.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to meet and exceed sales targets in the US
- Identify, engage and qualify leads within target industries such as manufacturing, automotive, scenic fabrication…
- Conduct in-depth product presentations and live demonstrations
- Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with customers, partners and stakeholders.
- Act as a trusted advisor by understanding customer needs and delivering tailored solutions
- Collaborate closely with marketing and product teams to drive lead generation and align messaging with market demands
- Stay informed about market trends, competitive landscape and emerging opportunities
- Provide regular sales forecasts, pipeline updates and performance reports to management
Qualifications
- B2B sales experience, ideally in 3D printing, industrial equipment or advanced manufacturing technologies
- A strong network in industries such as signage, automotive, entertainment or aerospace is highly desirable.
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to work independently in a remote role while managing complex sales cycles
- Self-starter with a results-driven mindset and entrepreneurial spirit
- Willingness to travel domestically for client meetings, trade shows and company events (up to 40% travel).
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering or a related field is preferred.
