Sales Director Europe & Israel
Our Client is a world-leading visual AI software company, designer and developer of face, body and object recognition platforms. With this cutting edge technology, the company is helping the top brands across the globe, including many of the Fortune 500, create safe, seamless experiences for people who are accessing their physical and virtual spaces.
We are seeking an experienced and driven person, to lead sales and relationships in Europe and Israel. The main role is to identify/develop new business opportunities with customers/partners, increase revenue, and ensure coordination with the VP Sales and corporate HQ .
The territory includes Europe and Israel. The person in this role must have experience in several European countries but not necessarily in the entire continent
This is a home office position, reporting to the GM Europe and APAC (based in Singapore).
Responsibilities
- Consultative sales experience especially around the adoption of Video Analytics and AI products, Cyber or AI.
- Accountable for achieving revenue consumption targets for annual goals
- Identify and nurture high propensity customers
- Develop and maintain customer relations, keep communication with and be a constant sensor for customer satisfaction
- Demonstrate a sales forecast discipline. A well-maintained sales pipeline and territory plans to reach your goals.
- Work closely with the End Users and Partners to achieve renewals targets.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in Tech industry (Video Analytics/Management is an advantage)
- Proven track record in driving the business in territory – Israel and Europe
- Advantage – knowledge of Application and video security, Cloud security, Networking and Servers
- Experience in generating revenues through partners, alliances partnerships and direct sales
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Curious, resilient and passionate. You will bring a positive energy to the team and your territory

- Experience with new product introductions
- You feel comfortable in contract negotiations and deal forecasting

- Presentation skills; high degree of comfort with both large and small audiences
- Exhibits good listening skills and comprehension
