Regional Sales Manager Benelux (Cyber Security)

The solution enables App owners, security teams and operations teams to intelligently automate the management of complex security policies, improving overall Application security while reducing costs. This is a profitable company serving over 1500+ clients in over 45 countries.
We are seeking a dynamic, proactive and driven sales manager, who brings extensive experience in selling enterprise software in Benelux. There is local support by a Sales Engineer and a Customer Success Manager.
This is a home office position, reporting to the Regional Director of Nordics and Benelux.
Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify new potential customers, within assigned territory. This requires a “hunter mentality” and daily activities aligned with creating a strong sales pipeline
- Identify and close deals with corporate customers through face-to-face in person meetings
- Work in partnership with Systems Engineers and corporate leadership to educate the customer/prospect and demonstrate the products’ capabilities
- Drive opportunities at the strategic and tactical level
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with client decision-makers
- A strong understanding of purchasing and paperwork processes, multi-threading opportunities and the business acumen to do successful account research and discovery
- Be accustomed to all aspects of business development from lead generation, through pricing, proposal generation and closing
- Stay informed of customer business opportunities, current conditions, future prospects and competitive issues
- Responsible for securing new business, add-on business and Maintenance Renewal orders for all license sales, as well and Professional Services revenue
- Understand and manage all phases of the sales cycle
- Accurately forecast all territory business utilizing Salesforce.com
Requirements
- Extensive sales experience of Enterprise Software, preferably Security / Compliance
- Dynamic sales professional experienced in selling to enterprise clients, federal/government, and service providers
- Experience in Workflow Automation, Change Management and PM systems – advantage
- Proven, consistent track record of success as evidenced by achieving and exceeding annual quota
- Consistent and disciplined use of Salesforce and industry-leading formal sales methodologies
- Strong interpersonal communications and presentation skills
