We’re looking for a dynamic and driven Talent Acquisition expert, who wants to grow professionally and get experience also with HR responsibilities.

Proven success in supporting scaling up teams, especially sales and customer facing functions and start-up background are required.

This is a hybrid position (2-3 times in the Manhattan office), reporting to the Global VP HR (based out of US).

Responsibilities

• Lead End-to-End Talent Acquisition for US Roles
• Drive People-Centric Initiatives that Accelerate Business Growth
• Execute employee experience & employee engagement projects

Requirements

• Experience in Talent Acquisition (especially customer facing roles)
• Experience working in a global startup – must.
• HR experience – advantage
• Experience in project management and change management, and ability to drive programs independently
• A true hands-on approach
