This is a hybrid role (twice a week in the Manhattan office), reporting to the Director of Product Marketing (based out of US).

 

Responsibilities

  • Deeply understand the product—its features, technical capabilities, use cases and customer value, becoming the go-to expert for internal teams
  • Translate technical functionality into clear, benefit-driven messaging that resonates across audiences, from buyers to end users
  • Own product positioning and messaging frameworks, tailoring value propositions by segment, persona and market context
  • Actively support the sales process by joining strategic customer calls, helping to articulate product value, address objections and accelerate deal velocity
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, sales and GTM teams to align on roadmap priorities, launch timing and customer value delivery
  • Create and maintain high-impact enablement assets, including sales decks, one-pagers, battlecards, product briefs and internal FAQs
  • Enable internal teams through structured training on product capabilities, use cases and competitive differentiation.
  • Conduct ongoing market and competitor analysis to identify product gaps, technical differentiators and opportunities for positioning refinement
  • Lead go-to-market strategy for new products and features, including messaging rollout, launch toolkits and post-launch performance tracking
