This technology is revolutionizing product strategy and driving success for major brands like Nestle, Pepsi, and Campbell’s. We’re looking for a dynamic and driven sales leader, who has experience in Saas B2B technology, proven success in scaling up (team, revenue) and strong start-up background.

This is a Player-Coach role (team and personal quota), hybrid (twice a week in the Manhattan office), reporting to the global VP Sales (based out of US).
Responsibilities
- Responsibility for new business in the region
- Managing a team of Account Executives (5 employees)
- Personal sales quota
- Collaborate with the CRO and Marketing to define the Go to Market strategy
- Establish Sales best practices and infrastructure for continuous growth
Requirements
- Track record of scaling revenue
- Experience managing a sales team
- Experience selling B2B SaaS
- Start-up background – a must
- Experience driving and building strategic roadmaps with internal and external executive stakeholders
- Experience in Marketing-tech / Analytics / Retail-tech companies – advantage
- Familiarity with the Food & Beverage Industry – advantage
