Our client is a global provider of Fintech software technology. for corporates and financial institutions.

We are seeking a motivated and ambitious person, with strong Account Management capabilities, to lead customer engagement, serve as a trusted advisor and strategic partner, and drive business growth across enterprise banking clients in the DACH region.

You will be responsible for building and strengthening long-term relationships with large-scale banking customers, including C-level executives, and for identifying new business opportunities.

This role requires a highly driven and energetic professional who thrives in a fast-paced, global environment and is eager to make a strong impact within a growing technology company.

This is a home office position, reporting to the CRO.

 

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main point of contact for enterprise banking customers across DACH, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships as a trusted advisor to achieve sustainable partnerships with existing accounts
  • Manage the full account and sales cycle: lead qualification, proposals, negotiations, and deal closure
  • Identify new business opportunities within your territory and drive expansion with large global and regional banks.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (solution consultants, delivery, product management) to tailor solutions and ensure customer success
  • Provide ongoing input from customers to product and delivery teams to enhance offerings
  • Maintain accurate account management data and forecasts for management
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive territory plan aligned with company goals
  • Represent the company at international conferences and industry events
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competition, and market dynamics

Knowledge and Experience 

  • Experience in account management or sales within financial technology, transaction banking, payments, or cash management
  • Strong background working with enterprise banking clients on long-term, complex deals
  • Experience gained either from global fintech providers or from within banks’ corporate banking divisions
  • Proven ability to navigate global organizations and manage senior-level relationships
