Our client is a global data MVNO that delivers enterprise grade, global connectivity and IoT services across more than 200 countries and 600+ mobile carriers’ networks. The company’s secured network delivers network protection and web content intelligence. With the powerful software platform, Enterprise customers can manage, monitor, and optimize data usage in real-time.

We’re looking for a Vice President of Sales to lead and scale the global sales teams. This is a senior leadership role for a strategic executive who has successfully built and led enterprise B2B sales teams — selling technology solutions through both direct and indirect sales.

This is a remote executive role, reporting to the CRO. The position is based in either the USA or the UK.

 

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute an integrated global sales strategy across direct enterprise sales, channel partners, and strategic alliances.
  • Lead, mentor, and scale high-performing global sales teams.
  • Drive predictable and sustainable revenue growth through new customer acquisition and existing account expansion.
  • Build and manage relationships with C-level executives, strategic partners, distributors, and system integrators.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing and Customer Success to refine the value proposition and channel programs.
  • Establish and continuously improve sales processes, KPIs, and performance management systems.
  • Represent the company at key industry events, conferences, and partner engagements.

 

Requirements

  • 10+ years of B2B sales experience, including experience in senior leadership roles.
  • Proven track record of building and leading sales teams generating $100M ARR.
  • Experience driving sales across Europe and USA markets.
  • Proven success leading sales teams for complex, subscription-based enterprise technology solutions.
  • Experience developing and scaling both direct and channel sales.
  • Deep understanding of enterprise buying cycles, procurement processes, and multi-stakeholder sales motions.
  • Demonstrated ability to build, inspire, and lead diverse, high-performing teams across multiple regions.
  • Strong strategic and analytical mindset, with the ability to translate data into actionable sales plans and KPI’s.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and executive relationship-building skills.
