We are seeking an experienced and hands on Telco Sales leader, to drive new and existing business across the region. The role combines direct and indirect selling to Services Providers, Utilities, Transportation and Government sectors. Strong connections with Service Providers (especially America Movil) are a must. The team consists of 6 sales managers and sales engineers.

This is an office role in Mexico City, reporting to the Global VP Sales.

 

 

Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of Sales Managers and Sale Engineers
  • Reach & Exceed Annual Sales: Product, Services & Maintenance
  • Develop Sales strategy and workplan to achieve aggressive annual growth
  • Acquire new customers while maximizing the business potential of the Installed Based
  • Drive the business through direct and indirect (via channels) sales
  • Establish strong relationships with customers and achieve high customer satisfaction
  • Develop partnerships to prepare and enable scalability

 

Requirements

  •  Extensive sales experience across LATAM
  • Experience in selling to Service providers (a must), Critical Infrastructure and Transportation (advantage
  • Experience in managing a sales team
  • Hands on – can take ownership on strategic accounts and lead key deals
  • Strong background in selling telecom solutions
  • Successful experience in selling at CxO level
  • English – High Professional level
