As a critical member of the team, your work will be cutting-edge technologies and will play a high-impact role in shaping the future of connectivity as a service. You will get to have fun, learn new things and grow along with the company. You will work closely with clients to determine their needs and explain the use and value of the company’s services. You will collaborate with all departments to ensure the proposed deals include technical solutions that accurately address customer needs and requests. This is both an internal and external customer-facing position which requires excellent communication skills. You must also have the ability to understand complex, technical concepts, and explain them in a way that clients can understand and be excited about.

This is a home office position.

 

Responsibilities

  • Pre and post sales responsibilities
  • Deliver polished, in-depth product demos to prospects
  • Lead product evaluations, demonstrating attainment of success criteria for prospects
  • Use deep product knowledge and Networking understanding to advise solutions to customer problems

 

Requirements

  • Relevant experience in Sales Engineering or other technical/sales customer-facing roles
  • Understanding of IoT and/or Telecommunications industries
  • Strong Networking and TCP/IP background
  • Ability to manage time efficiently and work with minimal supervision
  • Eager to learn and try new things
  • Desire to work in a dynamic startup
